Handstand
Have you always wanted to learn how to stand on your hands? Or has previous handstand training helped you achieve certain goals?
Anyone can learn how to handstand, some just require more time than others. A good starting point is a hands-on training on taking over control of your body. A good control of the upper and middle body and a good attitude are all that is needed to learn this position!
Handstand starts with body control exercises from floor level, followed by other exercises that will teach you how to support yourself on your arms (i.e., exercises for developing torso strength).
